Cwpan Ceredigion 1st Round - Maesglas 5 v 2 Llandysul

Maesglas really made hard work of this Cwpan Ceredigion clash with Llandysul, where even with the few changes that had been made in the starting line up it should have been a lot more comfortable than it was. The Blues not really getting out of 1st gear throughout the afternoon and at times were sloppy....

When Maesglas needed to step up though they did and even with Llandysul missing one or two of their own squad they battled on and never let the Blues settle into the game.

Maesglas never looked in trouble in the 90 minutes but will need to play a lot better to win anything from this season’s campaign. Next round Aberdovey will be the challenge for the Blues, at home though!

Next week the Blues are home once again to face Pencader in the 1st round of the Emrys Morgan Cup.
